Article 7. Cooling-off period
7.1 After you have received the product you ordered, you have the option to dissolve the purchase agreement with Horse Victory within 8 working days after receipt without stating reasons. The product must be unused and the jar(s) unopened.

7.2 If you wish to terminate the purchase agreement in accordance with article 7.1 of these terms and conditions, you must notify Horse Victory in writing (by e-mail or letter). The unopened product must be returned to Horse Victory within 8 working days of receipt, while the costs and the risk of returning are for your account.

7.3 If you have revoked the purchase agreement in accordance with articles 7.1 and 7.2 of these terms and conditions, the purchase costs will be refunded to you within 10 days after the product you received has been returned.

7.4 Horse Victory reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only a part of the amount already paid if the product has been damaged by your actions.

7.5 If a product is returned that according to Horse Victory has suffered damage, which is due to an act or omission on your part or is otherwise at your risk, Horse Victory will inform you in writing (via e-mail or letter).
